The single biggest benefit of working with Ascent is the ease of having someone to call and getting a live person immediately to help with a tech issue. We know the people on the other end of the line and have worked together for years.

John and the company keep us updated as to current and new security concerns and how to address them. They work hard to get the best price when any new hardware or software is necessary.
